On the 4th Thursday of every month, at 1 pm, a small group of mystery lovers gathers in the Friends of the Library Room from 1-3 pm to discuss mystery stories. They talk about all kinds of mysteries--funny, classic, and cozy mysteries; mysteries with sex and without sex and mysteries with violence and without violence. The club is free and it’s open; come and join them at any time.
This month the Mystery Book Club is reading The Spellman Files [2] by Lisa Lutz. It’s the first book in what is becoming a series featuring an irrepressible 28 year old sleuth from a dysfunctional and nosy family of private eyes.
