Not only did the teens at the Aldine Branch place in the national StoryTubes [2] video contest earlier this year, but their book trailer [3] for Norma Fox Mazer's The Missing Girl [4] also took prize in another contest. The book trailer won the People's Choice Award at this year's Houston Public Library Reel Teen Film Festival [5]. As a winning submission, the film will be viewed tomorrow [6] night at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston [7]. A Q&A session with the filmmakers will follow after the showing. The event starts at 5:30 in the Caroline Wiess Law Building [8], so come out and support the kids!
If you can't make it, then don't worry. We'll be tweeting [9] throughout the evening.
