Roller Derby 101

Roller Derby’s recent revival began in Austin in 2001. Since that time, derby leagues have sprouted up around the world. Visit with members of our local derby team, The Missfits, as they regale you with tales of a fast moving and hard hitting sport that could be in the Olympics in as little as ten years. You can also find out how to join the team – even if you haven’t skated since you were six. Stop by Atascocita Branch on August 2 anytime between 2 PM – 4PM to meet our local derby ladies. All ages welcome.
