In honor of Banned Books week, and our shared commitment to fight censorship, Harris County Public Library is honored to welcome Houston Poet Laureate, National Poet Laureate Fellow, Outspoken Bean, for a spoken word poetry performance he has created for this occasion. Banned Passages will make its way to four HCPL locations during Banned Books Week. Join us for this live, engaging, thought provoking, conversations about creative exploration, and entertaining performance at the Lone Star College-CyFair Library on Tuesday, September 20, at 6:30 PM.
