ELQN Pct1 Program Updates and Outreach at Teeter Totter Childcare Center: In Sunnyside and South Park of Houston, TX, these tricycles once carried the joyful energy of children zipping across playgrounds, powered by tiny feet and big imaginations. Today, they sit still in neighborhoods facing a growing crisis: childcare deserts. With too few licensed centers and limited resources, families struggle to find safe, affordable early learning spaces close to home.
