IMPORTANT NOTICE: Public Printing Downtime

Due to a much-needed server upgrade, all public printing at HCPL branches will be unavailable on Wednesday, August 7.

Public printers and mobile printing services at all HCPL branches will be down on Wednesday, August 7. HCPL 's Information Technology Services Division will be performing a much-needed full server upgrade to address intermittent service outages patrons have been experiencing recently. 

This operation does not affect copiers at HCPL branches. 

The server upgrade is expected to be completed by the time branches open on Thursday, but it is possible that there may be issues to address into Thursday morning.
