The deadline to register to vote for the November 3 General Election is Monday, October 5. If you’re not sure whether your voter registration is current, now is a good time to check.
You can check your voter registration status online. If you are not registered at your current address in Harris County, you can complete a voter registration application at any Harris County Public Library location and leave it with library staff. We will make sure it gets to the Harris County Tax Assessor’s Office before the deadline.

Voter Registration Deadline: Monday, October 5
Early Voting: Monday, October 19–Friday, October 30
Election Day: Tuesday, November 3, 7 a.m.–7 p.m.
