Harry Potter fun!

On Monday we celebrated the release Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 with a Harry Potter Party.  The library turned into Hogwarts for the afternoon as newly enrolled students participated in potions making, crafts, games and more!  Stay tuned for more exciting programs coming up in the future!

On Monday, November 15th at 4pm-6pm Hogwarts will be taking over the Bear Creek library.  Study potions in the Slytherin Common Room; pay games in the Gryffindor Common Room;  talk about the books and movies in the Ravenclaw Common Room; and do crafts in the Hufflepuff Common Room.  There will be a Quidditch match at 5pm on the pitch, so don't be late (all the other activities will be ongoing)!

Let's celebrate the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1 together by having lots of magical fun (I know, really bad pun, but I couldn't help myself!)

See you there!

Teen Advisory Board

Teens, did you know there’s a great way you can get involved and have a say about the sort of programs the library offers? Come to the Teen Advisory Board meeting on Thursday, November 11th at 5 PM. Meet with our Teen Services Librarian, Jennifer Finch, to plan the exciting future for our programs! Snacks and drinks will be provided for teens that come and get involved!
