Learn to Use Your E-Reader!

Thinking of buying an e-reader or already own one and not sure of how to use it?  The South Houston Branch Library will be hosting a workshop Thursday, March 29 from 2-4 pm where you can learn how to use our digital media catalog and download e-books for free using our wireless network.  Bring your own e-reader or you can compare between the Nook, Kindle or iPad that the branch will have on display.

Computer Lab in Progress

The South Houston Branch Library has a computer lab building in progress. Soon we will be able to give free computer classes to the community. Please stay tuned for more pictures and updates. Don't forget to stop by and check out the inside of our current building, we got renovated!

Happy The Clown Monday, March 12 @ 4:30

Come celebrate our long awaited reopening with Happy The Clown on Monday, March 12 from 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM.  Happy will be entertaining us with his captivating performance, creating balloon animals and face painting.
