Genealogy

Working on your family tree?  Try using the databases available through the website.  Just click on datatbases, Genealogy, and you will be able to access Heritage Quest remotely by using your library card number.  You will be able to search categories such as the Census 1790-1930, Revolutionary War, and even the Freedman's Bank.  Also plan to come by the library to continue your search in the database Ancestry.com which has numerous genealogical databases such as U.S. Immigration, Jewish Family History, and birth, marriage & death records.

Fun Holiday Program

Come to enjoy the holidays crafts and snacks.  Bring your camera because Santa will be with us from 4pm-5pm.  Thursday, December 16, 4pm.  All ages.

Buy-A-Book Campaign

Add the library to your holiday list!  The Friends of the Library are soliciting money donations to buy new library materials for this branch.  With the tight budget your support is more important than ever.  We want to continue to have the new titles you have come to expect.

Donate Gently Used Books

Cleaning house for the holidays?  Consider donating those nice books that you no longer need.  The Friends of the Library will give you a tax receipt and use the books to raise money.  Please bring them when the library is open.  No textbooks or magazines.
