Storytubes: Be A Star! Tuesday, January 5, 2010 @ 4:30 P.M.

Live! Camera! Action! Be the Star of your own movie with Storytubes Contest. Storytubes is a national contest for kids in grades K-12.
Participants will create a short movie talking about their favorite book and post it online to be judged. Children will get a chance to win cool prizes. The video book review has to be entered between January 20th and February 28, 2010. This is a fun opportunity for kids to talk about their favorite book and show off their creative skills. Harris County Public Library is one of the partner libraries for this national contest.

To assist children in creating their video book review we are conducting a “Storytubes: Be a Star” program on Tuesday Jan 5th @ 4.30 p.m in the Robin Bush Room.  Kids bring the book you want to review and filming ideas.  We will do the rest for you.
