A scary wolf in the library! A tasting wolf! How can that be? Find out just how yummy you are! Join the Storytime gang for books, songs, crafts and silly fun on Tuesdays at 10:30. All preschoolers are welcome..and their brothers and sisters! Babytime is on Thursdays at 10:30. Don't miss it!

Texas Snakes

Texas Snakes came and brought . . . Snakes! Lots of snakes. Everyone was able to pet or hold different snakes. Our last summer program was a big hit.

Sheldon State Park

Sheldon State Park came and talked about animals that live in Texas. She brought skins and skulls for the children to look at, identify, and touch. Very exciting for everyone.

Texas Parks & Wildlife and the Shark

The week after the Parks people visited the library with their sharks and rays, a bull shark was caught in the Trinity River near Liberty. Here is the bull shark they brought to the library.


Skits and Craft Fun at the Library!

The Summer Reading Program is in its last week and we are still having fun with skits, crafts and performers. It is not too late to read ten books and earn a free book of your choice! But hurry! The last day of Summer Reading is August 8th!
