Family Storytime and Craft: Monday, August 30th

Following our storytime program, children will have an opportunity to create a collage that will include the child's name or a special word. Keeping with our "green" theme we will be using recycled cardboard and baby food lids as part of our collage.
Storytime starts at 7:00 pm, and everyone is welcome.

Below are the words for the Cool Bear Hunt Song by Dr. JeanThis song is truely a favorite of the children who attend storytime.  I have also included a link, so you may oder the cd if you would like. This is a great song to help children learn directionality concepts (under, over around, etc...) and in turn, promotes visual perceptual skills needed to learn how to read and write.

Order the CD:  Dr. Jean sings silly songs
We also sing the "Hokey Pokey" song for the same reason.
