Seed libraries at Harris County Public Library allow the public to borrow seeds for free to grow their own fruits, vegetables, herbs, and flowers. Once grown, users can harvest seeds from their plants and donate them back to the library. HCPL also has digital and physical resources to learn about gardening or harvesting and even loans out tools.
