General Questions
All you need is an HCPL Knowledge Card and an email linked to your account so you can get pickup notices.
To use a Book Locker, you’ll need to scan your library card barcode. You can find the barcode on the back of your card. If you use the HCPL on the Go App, just tap the “My Barcode” button under the search box to bring it up on your phone.

When you get a notification that your hold is ready, bring your library card to the Book Locker and check out your item!
